ARCHITECT & PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
My Role
As the Architect and Production Coordinator at Sharjah Architecture Triennial (SAT), I am working alongside Mona El Chaar, Senior Architect and Production Coordinator at Sharjah Art Foundation (SAF), on the Art Square venues for Sharjah Biennial 16. This includes Bait Al Serkal, Bait Obaid Al Shamsi, and Majlis Shaikh Mohammed.My role involves managing the production and preparation of these exhibition spaces, ensuring that all artistic and architectural elements align with the curatorial vision. I am responsible for coordinating the execution of installations, overseeing the fabrication of models and display structures, and ensuring the seamless integration of artworks within the spatial context.
Additionally, I support the technical and logistical setup of the venues, collaborating closely with artists, curators, and production teams to maintain the highest quality and presentation standards. My experience in exhibition coordination, space design, and production allows me to navigate complex projects efficiently, manage timelines, and contribute to the successful realization of Sharjah Biennial 16.
Project Goal
Sharjah Biennial 16 presents a critical platform for artistic and architectural discourse, transforming historical spaces into dynamic exhibition environments.
